What is the difference between Free, Plus and Pro?
Free gives you 1 digital profile to try the platform (watermarked profile and QR). Plus is unlocked when you buy an NFC card: clean branded profile and QR, no subscription for that profile. Pro is a per-profile subscription for automation, custom domain, CRM sync and white-label emails.
Does buying an NFC card include Pro?
No. An NFC card is a one-time Plus purchase for that profile. Pro is a separate software subscription if you want automation, integrations and white-label emails.
What comes with Plus (an NFC card)?
Plus is pay per card. Each NFC card includes a clean digital profile, QR and wallet pass with your brand and no platform marks on the live profile. No subscription for that profile. Follow-up emails still show platform branding unless you go Pro. Scan caps: Free 5/month, Plus 10/profile/month, Pro unlimited (fair use).
How does Pro volume pricing work?
Pro is priced per Pro profile with graduated brackets and no minimum. The first profile is £5/month. Profiles 2–5 are £4 each, 6–10 are £2.50 each, 11–50 are £1 each, 51–100 are £0.50 each, and 101+ are £0.20 each. Example: 3 Pro profiles = £5 + £4 + £4 = £13/month. When do I get a team workspace?
A company workspace unlocks for central management when you grow (for example after multiple cards or Pro profiles, typically from 3 profiles). It covers departments and invites. It is account setup, not a separate paid plan name.
Do I need an app to share my card?
No app needed. When someone taps your NFC card or scans your QR code, your profile opens in their web browser. They can save your contact directly to their phone.
Can I try the platform before buying?
Yes. Free includes 1 digital profile so you can try sharing by link or QR. Beyond that free profile, choose Plus (buy an NFC card for a clean branded profile) or Pro (automation, white-label emails and unlimited scans). Pro also includes a 14-day free trial.
Can I have more than one Free profile?
No. Each account includes 1 Free digital profile. Extra profiles need Plus (an NFC card) or a Pro subscription slot.
What NFC cards do you sell?

How does billing work for Pro?
Your Stripe quantity follows the count of Pro profiles. Adding or removing a Pro profile updates billing with proration. Card-backed Plus profiles do not count toward the Pro subscription.
